Birthday Best!
Today was my birthday! I had the best day ever, especially considering my Dad took my brother, my best friend and I to Chicago for a long weekend! Today, we spent the day visiting our favorite places around the city, meeting up with some other friends who just happened to be in the city at the same time, and of course, lots of shopping! We ended the evening by eating at a fabulously incredible unbelievable restaurant, The Signature Room which is on the 95th floor of the John Hancock Observatory which overlooks the city!
For the first part of the day, I wore all Forever 21 simply because we went on a late-night shopping spree last night. The combination of the multi-level store and my birthday money burning a hole in my pocket…there was a lot of damage done last night. 🙂
After shopping, touring & even bowling a couple games (which, in case you were wondering, I dominated) we cleaned up to go to The Signature Room. I knew it was going to be a pretty elegant restaurant, so I wore a H&M dress that you can find here, a cardigan I thrifted and Nine West red heels.
Of course there will be more pictures to come, but I just wanted to share with you guys what a fabulous birthday I had today! Now, I’m off to watch the weather, because there’s a big chance we’ll get stranded in Chicago for an extra day longer than we planned ~ I have NO problem with that, haha! Sweet dreams, lovelies!
