summer playlist

Hi friends,

This summer has been filled with lots of long drives to friends’ weddings, road trips, and plane rides so I did one of my favorite things to do before a trip – make a playlist. My music taste really expands during the summertime – is anyone else the same way? For some reason, I pretty much stick to certain music during the rest of the year, but summer is when my music palette crosses into genres that I would usually never consider. I can even get into a tiny bit of country music (I mean as in 0.00003482% of country music)! 

This summer, some of my travels include a road trip with my dad, a trip to San Diego, and a few other fun adventures. Aside from my trips, I also am able to listen to music at my job during the day, which is amazing. 

Remember when I wrote about one form of self care being listening to good music? Well I 100% believe that good music can completely change a person’s mood or outlook on the day. So, without further ado, here is my summer playlist. Happy listening!
